MUMBAI: India's first undersea tunnel will come up in the Thane creek between BKC and Shilphata (Thane).
The 7km-long tunnel, part of the bullet train project, will be built by the National High Speed Rail Corporation Ltd.

NHSRCL, which floated tenders on Friday, said it will be a single tube tunnel with two tracks.
